Nick S. Rossi, Esq. serves as Of Counsel to Adleson, Hess & Kelly, APC., and his private practice is based in Napa, California.  Mr. Rossi’s primary focus of practice includes commercial and residential real estate, real estate development, complicated business agreements, secured transactions, construction claims, and insurance law.  In particular, Mr. Rossi is adept at handling construction claims, commercial leasing transactions, business entity formation, buy sell agreements, insurance claims, homeowners association issues, California Department of Real Estate issues and real property transaction and developments.  Mr. Rossi has past experience serving as General Counsel to the Hoffman Company for 14 years.  In addition, he has also represented the Oakland Athletics for ten years in the same capacity.  He has personal experience as a commercial and residential property developer and as a speaker on sports liability issues and the art of negotiation.  In addition, he has a unique expertise in matters involving sports, entertainment, food/liquor concessions, ABC/BTF regulatory issues and marketing sponsorships, including licensing, marketing, concession, professional player and entertainment contracts.    

Mr. Rossi earned a B.A. in Government at St. Mary’s College, and completed his Juris Doctor at the University of California Hastings College of Law, where he focused on Real Estate, Federal Taxation, Business and Mineral Rights.
